1、在使用前根據試件的試驗要求把壓力表調整好。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">調節的方法是：壓力表的玻璃蒙的中間有調節旋鈕，它的上限、下限調節定值，需要借助一字螺絲刀。把上限指針擰到試驗規定的壓力數的位置，下限指針擰到比上限小0.05Mpa的位置，這樣在工作時當壓力達到要求時（上限值）自動停止加壓。當滲漏或透水使壓力下降到一定數值（下限值）氣泵又自動起動補充壓力。例如：試驗壓力要求0.3Mpa mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，表殼中間處圈把上限指針撥到表盤的0.3 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的位置，再用螺絲刀將中間下限指針擰到0.25 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的位置。

2、使用時，先用內六角板手把三個透水盤的壓圈松開卸下，把注水口的蓋擰開，再把放水閥關嚴，從注水口慢慢注入清水，至容器的2/3 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">處，分別擰開閥門“1 "Times New Roman"">”“2”“3 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">”（0 "Times New Roman"">為放水閥）中間的進水孔冒出水來，溢滿透水盤為止，然后把注水口蓋擰緊。

3、把被測試件，放在透水盤環形膠圈上，再把試件壓板放在被測試件上，擰緊螺絲。

4、根據試驗要求設定時間撥碼，設定時間值。

5、插上電源插頭，打開啟動開關，氣泵開始往容器內注入壓力氣體，此時加壓指示燈亮。

6、到壓力上限時自動停止加壓，此時恒壓指示燈亮，按規定時間試驗完成后，擰開放水閥，把水放出卸掉壓力，再松開壓圈取下試件，試驗完畢。

1、每次試驗完畢，要把透水盤的各個件擦干凈，涂抹防銹油脂。

2、壓力上不去時，應檢查各部位是否有漏水或漏氣的地方，

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">數控時間繼電器使用方法：儀器有4 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">位數碼，最大延時控制范圍0 "Times New Roman"">－9999分，以設定6 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">小時后自動停機為例：將撥碼器設為“0180 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">”然后接通電源開始自動計時，壓縮機在這個過程中實現自動加壓，恒壓，保持，當時達到6 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">小時自動斷電，壓縮機停止工作，此時若想再次起動壓縮機，請按一F mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">清零。
